Defective or Incorrect Items:
In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please use the form above. We will require details and supporting evidence, photographs and/or videos, to assess the issue. If the defect or error is verified, we will provide you with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping:
Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be shipped after your purchase date unless otherwise noted. All orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.
Preorders:
Please note that preorder items will ship 3 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase. In case of unforeseen delays, you will be notified via email.
Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed for a preorder item, cancellations are not allowed.
Refund Policy:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
